Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church Open House

Dear Members of the Eastern Oklahoma Presbytery,

Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church wishes to formally notify the Presbytery of our upcoming Open House Donation Event as part of our ongoing preparation for the sale of our property.

On Friday, October 9, 2026, from 10:00am to 3:00pm, we will host an open house at 801 SE Washington Blvd in Bartlesville for congregations within the Bartlesville Ministerial Association (and surrounding area) and the Eastern Oklahoma Presbytery. During this event, representatives from churches will have the opportunity to review the full inventory list and indicate interest in specific items.

Should multiple congregations request the same item, Good Shepherd will utilize a lottery-style selection method to ensure a fair and transparent distribution. Following the selection period, churches will be assigned a designated pick-up date (probably October 16). Please note that certain items essential to the life of the congregation—such as communion ware—will remain in use until the final worship service or the closing of the building sale.

Each distribution will be documented thoroughly, including item description, date, recipient information, and any applicable fair market value. A receipt will be issued for every transfer. Proof of being a church may be requested at pick-up.
